Another domain include B) Food science: Food security and sustainability, food analyses (Sensory, processing, etc), foodomics (Proteomics and metabolomics), food biotechnology, food chemistry, halal slaughtering practices, food microbiology, food technology innovation (3D-printing, additives, AL, etc), food market analyses, food safety and quality assurance; HACCP, GMP, Jakim and food and culture.
